Director Roman Boklanov and artist Alina Korytova have reimagined the story, transforming it into a philosophical meditation on the search for freedom and the price of solitude. The performance blurs genre boundaries, merging puppet, dramatic, physical, and musical theater.
The production involves 16 performers and over 30 puppets of various systems. The premiere will mark the initial phase of the theater's renovation and reconstruction, preserving its historic artistic appearance.
