In the media sphere, the parties plan to strengthen cooperation between TV channels and media structures. Already now, Kazakhstani TV channels Qazaqstan and "Khabar 24" are broadcasting on the territory of Uzbekistan. In March 2024, Uzbek media representatives participated in the "Global Content Market — Almaty 2025" forum, where digital content development issues were discussed.
In addition, the countries intend to intensify cooperation in the field of library science and education. Joint conferences and forums such as Tashkent Book Fest and "Samarkand — Cultural Capital of the CIS 2024" are planned.
Attention will also be paid to the preservation of historical heritage. Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan intend to conduct joint expeditions and research programs to study the intangible cultural heritage of the two peoples.
