Over three months, more than 15 thousand jobs have been created within the framework of the "ustoz-shogird" tradition, and almost 90% of them are occupied by young students. Uzbek artisans are actively entering the international arena — 25 craftsmen participated in six international festivals, and their products are now being sold on global platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. To strengthen ties, the Association's delegation visited Iran and Thailand, where they agreed on raw material supplies and experience exchange.
New support tools have been launched in Uzbekistan: the National Catalog of Masters, the craftforum.uz website for purchasing materials, and a startup competition with a fund of 150 million soums. Special attention is paid to the popularization of handicrafts — the first issue of the "Hunarmand" magazine has already been published in three languages, and videos about traditional crafts are now shown to passengers of airlines and trains.
