The expertise will be conducted by qualified specialists of authorized organizations. During the verification process, methods such as comparative legal, linguistic, and historical analyses, modeling and situational analysis, interviewing, brainstorming, round table discussions, and questionnaires can be used.

Based on the results of the examination, the expert issues a conclusion in which the project is assessed as scientifically sound, insufficiently scientifically sound, or lacking scientific justification.
