A single digital platform - ERP madaniyat - will be created to coordinate work with creative youth. In addition, youth creative clubs will be opened at schools and technical schools across the country, and the "Cultural Volunteers" movement will be launched nationwide.

Starting in 2025, Uzbekistan will begin to invite at least four prominent cultural figures from abroad annually. They will share their experience and skills with young professionals in creative industries.

Financial support is also provided for cultural initiatives: grants of up to 100 BCAs (up to 37.5 million soums) will be allocated for startups in the field of art and culture.
