The Fergana Russian Drama Theater Will Perform in Vladivostok

In May of this year, as part of the large-scale federal program "Big Tours," artists from the Fergana Regional Russian Drama Theater (Uzbekistan) will perform on the stage of the Gorky Primorsky Academic Theater in Vladivostok, according to the press service of the Primorsky Krai government (Russia).

The tour will take place within the framework of a cultural bridge between Primorsky Krai and Uzbekistan. Recall that in 2025, during the tour of the Primorsky troupe, a memorandum of cooperation was signed, opening the door for a fruitful exchange of creative projects and productions. 

"The Big Tour" is not merely an exchange of performances; it is a real opportunity for our audiences to discover new theatrical worlds, to feel how art can erase geographical and cultural boundaries, uniting people, noted Elena Bronnikova, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Primorsky Krai and Minister of Culture and Archival Affairs. 

The Fergana Theater's program features three productions that are completely different in style and genre: the premiere of the play "A Moon for Shah Bahram" (May 26), based on Alisher Navoi's immortal work "Seven Wanderers"; the comedy "The Power of Talent" (May 28), inspired by stories by Mikhail Zoshchenko; and the musical fairy tale "All Mice Love Cheese" (May 30) – a story that is sure to win the hearts of both children and adults.
