Aigerim Uzakbaeva

Young scholar and student of Literary Studies at Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main. She holds a Deutschlandstipendium scholarship for high achieving students. Her works focuse on decolonial theory and practise, especially in the contexts of Central Asia and UK. Previously worked in legal field, specialising in Migration Law, and attended Saint Peterburg State University on full merit-based scholarship. Moreover, she conducted research on Russian Migration Law for Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
