Manufactory: Park Royal will open the festival of art and production

The festival is organized by the non-profit organization Park Royal Design District, building on five years of experience as part of the London Design Festival. The program will be curated by the newly appointed Programme Director, Mazzy-Mae Green. This district, which produces around a third of London's food products and is home to over 400 artists, designers, architects, and manufacturers, will serve as a venue for exhibitions, performances, installations, and workshops.

The program includes several significant projects. Vida Vojić will present a new performance inspired by the writings and music of Hildegard of Bingen, transforming the industrial spaces of 57 Gorst Road through ritual and movement. Lucy Algar and Chihiro Kawasaki will create a site-specific installation, *Reflecting Movement*, combining choreography, projections, and light. Abbas Zahedi and Bill Daggs, together with the collective Meet in The MIDI, will prepare a performance about sound and collective experience, culminating in a live set by Karim Bitar.

The main exhibition, Site Conditions, will occupy the spaces at 57 Gorst Road and showcase works by eight artists, including Dan Mauz, Esther Kehinde Ajayi, Donald Baugh, and others. Visitors will be able to explore open studios, participate in workshops on brick-making and decorative finishing techniques, and discover the innovative Stack Table by designer Bill Amberg, crafted from compressed leather waste.

The festive program will be complemented by a curated food market, celebrating Park Royal's reputation as one of London's largest food production hubs.
