A candlelit evening dedicated to the music of Ludovico Einaudi — the Italian neoclassical composer whose melodies are known the world over. At the centre of a white pavilion stands a grand piano, surrounded by hundreds of burning candles beneath the open sky. Live performance offers the chance to experience familiar compositions anew, as they were meant to be heard — unmediated by recording, undimmed by distance.
