Specializing in contemporary Central Asian art, linguistics, decolonial theory, and esoteric studies. He is a member of the Association of Art Critics, the Art History Association, and the European Society for Central Asian Studies. With thirty years of experience in education and project management, Alexey is the author of dozens of articles and experimental films. He develops critical initiatives and heads the Amateur Cinema Association of Uzbekistan.
