Evgeny Sklyarevsky

Evgeny Sklyarevsky is a public figure and journalist, and one of the key pioneers in popularizing the internet in Uzbekistan. He is a co-author of the concept known as Uznet and the creator of influential content projects for Uzbek- and Russian-speaking audiences. He is also known as a publicist, local historian, and lecturer working at the intersection of technology, culture, and the urban environment.
